WVC Summer Reading Partners
This year is the 9th year that Workplace Volunteer Council companies have visited local community centers. We had 22 volunteers reading to campers at both the Yerwood Center and CTE. The goal of the program is to maintain the students reading levels during the summer months. Our program ends with a pizza party where the volunteers and the campers celebrate the successful completion of the reading session.
